What Sets Us Apart
ACG was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in downtown Chicago, IL with our second office located in Des Moines, IA. With our market-rate multi-family investments focused in the Midwest, these office locations are advantageous, allowing our team a “boots on the ground” approach to real estate investing and management within the region. Additionally, our office locations gives us a strategic presence in the region’s largest metro (Chicago) and its fastest growing (Des Moines).
From modest beginnings with our first acquisitions in 2017, we have significantly increased our team size and real estate portfolio. In these first few years, we have also opened two office locations and started our property management vertical, ARTISAN Management Group. Furthermore, while our market-rate multi-family investment strategy is focused on the Midwest, we added a student housing platform in 2019 with a national focus.

We are excited about our future as we plan to continue our growth by focusing on opportunistic properties and markets. We are also continuously analyzing new avenues to further diversify our portfolio including ground up development. We look forward to strengthening our current investor partnerships as well as forging new ones.
