ARTISAN Sells Johnston Gardens in Johnston, IA

ARTISAN Capital Group ("ACG") announces the successful disposition of Johnston Gardens, a 72-unit multifamily community in Johnston, Iowa, completed in December. The property was owned through a joint venture with a private capital partner.
Throughout the ownership period, ACG focused on operational improvements and selective capital investments to enhance performance and strengthen the asset’s market position, resulting in a strong returns for the partnership. Our internal management vertical, ARTISAN Management Group, provided professional, hands-on management to drive these results.
