ARTISAN Capital Group (ACG) is pleased to announce the sale of Eagle Ridge Apartments, a 148-unit apartment community in Lawrence, KS. ACG acquired the community in March 2020 through a joint venture partnership with a closed-end private equity fund investor.

Despite acquiring during an uncertain time with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, ACG successfully executed the business plan, creating an excellent investment outcome for the partnership. ACG improved the community with enhancements to the clubhouse and grounds, along with the addition of a grill area, dog park, and the renovation of over 70 units.
