ARTISAN Capital Group ("ACG") and EOS Residential Investors (“EOS Residential”) have partnered to acquire Union on Lincoln Way, soon to be rebranded as 2700 Lincoln. This premier student housing asset, located in the heart of Ames, Iowa, adjacent to the Iowa State University campus, consists of 177 units and 537 beds.

2700 Lincoln, built in 2018, offers fully furnished units with a diverse mix ranging from studios to five bedrooms. Its prime location allows residents to easily walk or bike to anywhere on campus, making it a popular choice among students.

The state-of-the-art amenities include a pool, study rooms, fitness center, business center, and other facilities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience for residents. The property also boasts over 11,000 square feet of retail space along Lincoln Way.

2700 Lincoln's operational plan includes management by Haverkamp Properties, a trusted partner of ACG. This collaboration enables ACG to take a hands-on approach to management, ensuring an exceptional living experience for students in Ames. Planned projects include enhancements and improvements to amenity and common areas.

The acquisition involved Freddie Mac financing at an attractive interest rate and terms.
